Dr. Fouad El Sayyad graduated from Cairo University and underwent his Residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida followed by a Cornea and Refractive fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis Missouri. Dr. Fouad is an American Board certified Ophthalmologist and specializes in Cataract surgery, Cornea transplant and Refractive surgery which includes LASIK/ Femto LASIK and phakic IOLs. He sees patients at Mohandeseen and New Cairo
