*Prof of Cardiology * Dr Hesham was a reasearch fellow ad Duke University medical center,NC USA in the year 1989_1990. * Dr Hesham is the former Head of Cardiology department at Banha University in the period from 2011 to 2014 then he was appointed as the university Vice president for post-graduate and,reasearch affairs from 2014 to 2018. *He was a head of the Cardiology department at Saudi German. Hospital ,Cairo during the period from April 2021.
